We feature Greenheck, Acme, PennBarry, and Cook exhaust fan and ventilation systems, and can install their complete lines of high performance, energy efficient venting systems for our valued clients. Fans all perform the basic function of moving air from one space to another, and though this ventilation process is required for many different applications, the basic airflow fundamentals never change: undesired air out, fresh air in. However, key variables that do change depending upon the specific application the ventilation fan is used for are the fan model and the air volume flow rate (CFM), the fan model's resistance to airflow (static pressure or SP), and the volume of noise produced by the fan (sone rating). And while venting systems are designed to be mounted in three common locations: on a roof, in a wall, or in a duct, determining the best location for a fan depends on the airflow pattern desired and the physical characteristics of the building. By surveying the building structure and visualizing how the air should flow, the best place to locate a venting system usually becomes evident. But the ability to perform this analysis successfully takes significant expertise and experience.
Trust the HVACR (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration) specialists at Bradley Mechanical to design and install the perfect ventilation system for your Orange County commercial, industrial, or institutional facility, and to keep that system functioning optimally day after day. This outfit is the best. I tried them out for some custom exhaust ducting in our kitchen and they did a fine job and on time. Our next project was adding AC to our home. They weren't the cheapest but weren't the most expensive either. They came out with an honest quote with a couple of options. We chose the horizontal condenser unit which saved a ton of space on the side of our home. They came out a week after we gave them the green light and we had cold air the next day! We really liked "Gator" and his crew. Very professional...
